need cloth screening for over Big "O"

Its readily available here where ever the pipe is sold. Just make sure nobody films it or it could be on youtube later. An extra person or two is helpful. Or you could get the weed block fabric and wrap it as its put in the trench. I've done both.

Need to downsize my toolbox...How much for my current KRL1003?

Well, that might be good if it just sits against a wall and never moves. Rigid center casters help in "turning on a dime" to those of us that have to push a behemoth around a 350,000 sq ft manufacturing plant all day long. In and out of narrow aisles and spaces, etc.

need recommendations for engine hoist casters

I think you'd be better served "tuning up" the wheels currently on it. The cost of getting a caster strong enough, and low enough that it doesn't raise the hoist too much, may be cost prohibitive. Unless $200 on the low end of the scale is a good price. The size of the mounting plate and bolt...

    Electric Circuit Problem

Here's a link to various wiring diagrams for lighting. I believe you're talking about variation #6. Colors don't mean as much on 3 and 4 way switch circuit compared to using the proper terminals. Its easy to get confused and miswire one.

how to make different lengths of air hose

Look at page 268 at McMaster.com for a selection of push on fittings and hoses. Spray the fitting with windex, simple green, etc. and push them on. They do make a tool for installing but I've never used it. Don't have one to use, though. If the hoses are going to be no longer than 20' long, you...

Keep them or ship them back?

I can see the picture now. At least they taped all the flaps well and nothing was lost. Think of how many loose fill peanuts that could have fit in that box. :shocking: Go ahead, use you tools, though.

Keep them or ship them back?

I can't see a picture, but thats how a lot of the sets are in the store. In a plastic bag, in a box. You bought them to use, right?

Odd sizes...the 32nds. Where were they ever used?

I find them mostly on electrical connections (solenoids, motor connections, etc.) A 9mm will work instead, usually. 5/32 hex keys interchange with 4mm.

Hooking three 12-2 to the back of a 20A receptacle?

I, too have wired many outlets. I avoid pigtails unless absolutely necessary. Its just another connection that coul fail. If using an outlet like these, why would someone want to bother pigtailing?

Garage Design Problem - See Pics

Idea 3 Can you cut the closet loose from the walls and floor. Move it to the back left corner and reattach it. Minimal drywall and closet rework. Shouldn't be much of a hindrance on the back wall.

Ebay seller is using another seller's item photo

He has one of those in another auction. So he may not have changed the item description after clicking on the "sell another item like this" button. I've done that. He also has a set of hex drivers that uses the same picture as well as obvious cut and paste description from this auction Could...

What's the thickest sheet metal a tool box can be made with?

You should be using 950-203 US Standard Gage not the 950-202 American Standard Wire Gage.

    #*$@ Wiha USA!!

I know. My point is that 2 bits weren't paid for if all he paid for the set was $40.44. So how was he hurt?

Does anyone make 6 point metric line wrenches like this?

Snap-On did. I have a 2643 3/4" 12 pt wrench. If you look up Heavy Duty Box Wrenches at McMastr-Carr, it looks like them but with 4 points cut out. I've a couple from McMaster at work and they are a beefy wrench. Start at 1/2" and go up to 1 1/2".

    #*$@ Wiha USA!!

Well, according to my 2007 catalog (pg 207) the 7/32" and 1/4" aren't even listed, much less included in the set. Since there was no price increase, if you paid $40.44 for the set, maybe those two sizes were free extras. They don't seem to have price breaks on their sets. Seems to me, you...
