your biggest cost will be the 2 inch foam (blueboard etc) I just bought it for $30 a sheet. It's not that big of a deal to do it yourself if you have the time

Don't do what I did. After waiting about 2 years with a crushed stone floor I decided to go with radiant. I had one hell of a time digging my perimeter for insulation board. Just my 2 cents

I just picked up some 1 1/2" foam board made by Firestone. It is used in roofing applications. It is ISO 95+GL. I want to use it under a floating slab. Do you think I can get by with it? thanks

As mentioned above you will be putting cement on foam board. Unless I am missing some thing the cement will be on the foam then the wire and the pex. Is this not correct?
