Found these rolls today and dragged them home. The cylinders are 11-1/2" diameter and 18" long. The only marking I found on it is John E Thropp on the top bar. Any thoughts on what they were used for? Royce

Hello all, I have some 2 bulb t-8 fixtures with 277v ballasts that I need to power with 120v. I also have some 120v 3 or 4 bulb ballasts. So then my question is, will these 3 or 4 bulb ballasts work on a 2 bulb fixtures. Thank you
