    I would definitely try and find the correct flywheel for the compressor. Most flywheels also work as fans to pull air across the pump for cooling. Speedaire is a Grainger brand, and they are pretty good about having parts available

    The Harbor Freight 60 gallon unit, US560V has been recently rebranded as Central Pneumatic instead of US General. Other than that, they are the same and still made by Atlas Copco, who also makes BelAire, Chicago Pneumatic and Quincy

    You would be good with either for sure. We don't see a lot of Devilbiss branded units around here, so I'm not as familiar with them. Might be worth checking pricing online before you buy. Most sites have free shipping and no tax.
