    Floor PAINT

We hear this question often. And basically, what someone is really asking is, "Is there something in the paint industry where I can get more performance than what I am willing to pay for?" And, we all know the answer deep within us. While we are hoping that we can get more than we are willing...

I always tell people a 1/2" drill... if your drill is made in China it should probably be bigger... and you should have 3-4 of them so that one of them will work!!!

    Budget Bob Epoxy?

First, Not all 100% solids epoxies are created equally. Manufacturers can cheapen them with things like Benzyl Alcohol, Nonylphenol, or other liquid fillers. While small amounts of these chemicals can be a help to a formulation, they are commonly used in large amounts as a non volatile liquid...

    Refinish enamel with epoxy.

No Sweat Gil... We won't lie to ya' just to get a sale. You may see that same phenomenon when you get enough coats of enamel on your garage. If you've only done it once you can probably do it at least a couple more times depending on the adhesion factors of the enamels. Don't forget to post...

    Refinish enamel with epoxy.

'Wet Edge' will only be a factor when using cheap waterbased type epoxies... Fred, he is referring to the 'wet edge' phenomenon like you would get with latex paint. With those types of products if you do not maintain a wet edge you will get 2 different colors or 'pictureframing'. Anyway, I...

    concrete crazing? help

Yes... You may notice as you go into restaurants that have acid stained floors that there is a black path where people walk. Once the sealer wears away it just starts looking nasty as dirt settles in the concrete pores.

    concrete crazing? help

Ohhh... I bet it would... There are acids mixed with different metals that stain concrete. The only problem is that you've already acid washed. IF... IF... IF you've removed the 'cream' layer then the acid stain won't react and won't color. You may not have removed enough for that to happen...
