    Racine Tool and Machine bandsaw

    I picked up an old bandsaw recently. I really did not need another bandsaw but this one is just too cool. A 14" saw made by Racine Tool and Machine Company. Looking forward to getting this one into my shop!

    Walker 2 ton jack

    I went to a sale over the weekend and picked up an old Walker 2 ton floor jack. Seems to be in very good shape other than someone slathering it with black paint. I did not see a model # but it is probably covered in paint. Any ideas on approximate age? Figured I could not go too wrong for 30 bucks

    I picked this up a few years ago. Have since done some cleanup but not finished yet. I plan to make a white oak butcher block top for it.

    I like the look. Id clean them up. I bet you would be surprised how much paint will show through a good cleaning :cool:

    Two of them as found. First one after a fire, second one I found in a shed at a place I had been working and was able to buy it . Have not had a chance to work on them yet.

    I made this knife block for my son. Cherry with quartersawn spalted sycamore inset. Bamboo skewers hold the knives in place.
