Looking for a good 3/8 drive 12pt socket set. Needs to go down to 5/16. Craftsman, Snap-on, Mac, Matco, etc. I am not looking to break the bank, so be gentle with me. :D
My wife and I looked around for months. Like Viriiguy said, we walked into one house and said that it was home. We closed on it in 30 days and have loved it ever since. Don't rush into the first one you see, it can bite you.
If you look at Paypal's terms of service, they say that you are not supposed to say that you want 3% over the price if using Paypal. I know of other forums that will zap an ad that asks for it. It seems to me that it would be easier to include it in the price from the start. Also, if you send...

Our panel is in a completely different room. Luckily the power cord was within reach. We put an emergency interrupt on it after that, but this thread has me thinking about a limiting switch.
The limiter switch is actually a bit of a failsafe too. We were raising a car and the lift button shorted out and the lift ran away. Luckily we were able to yank the power supply cord out before the car went into the attic. This was not a case of not paying attention, it was a mechanical failure.
I have found that using the halogen work lights aimed at what I am welding makes it much easier to see where I am going. I also use an auto darkening helmet set at 12 on my MIG work. I want to keep my eyes around as long as possible.
The only thing I can see that the unit would be protected from would be in the case of being on a circuit that allows the unit to get too hot before tripping the breaker. I have only heard of this in lighting circuits where the lights were getting too hot without any circuit breaker protection.
