Yes, the pattern is just 4 black, 4 white making 2 ft squares -- the white was supposed to be gray but they ordered the wrong color by mistake. I was in a hurry so I just let it go. It will be sealed today. The floor was chipped up quite a bit and salt damaged but looks like new now !!

A liquid sealer from HD -- armstrong or zep, you mop it on and let it dry.
