Need a new screwdriver set for daily/proffesional

I use the Vessel Megadora daily and they haven't let me down. I love the way that they grip onto phillips heads and don't cam out as easily.

    Amazon Warehouse Deals

That's happened to me twice now at the same UPS location. Both times amazon said not to box it and let them do it. I suspect they're throwing them out.

    24" ratchet or ratchet adapter?

For a auto mechanic or home gamer, I think the Gearwrench one is the best. I've used them on heavy equipment and while they do hold up, the handles just flex too much for my liking.

How much time do you spend looking for USA made tools?

I try to buy used USA, NOS, or even new. Hex bits are one thing that need to be higher quality for me. I've had many Husky hex bit sockets and they all shear at some ridiculously low torque. Warranty is painless, but my time (and gas) has been wasted for far too long now.

In case anyone wants to see - chrome job Williams ratchet

Nepros does the same thing. I don't see a problem.

Has anyone bought one of the ICON tool boxes

Mine's been sitting at the hub store for a week now. I'm tempted to just get the info and have them load it on my truck instead.

    17mm in 1/4 drive

The last drain plug that I had to loosen required a 1/2" drive ratchet to break it loose. Jiffy Lube really didn't want that one to come off. Anyways, I think the point of that 1/4" drive socket is so that it makes it harder to overtighten the nut/bolt. That or you don't want to carry a...
