    Wera Zyklop ratchet alternative?

Thanks for the comparison with the measure. One thing I noticed is that many online sellers sell the Würth / VIM design under other brands such as lazer. However these other brands seem to be 72 tooth instead of 144 tooth that the Würth / VIM have. Can the 72 and the 144 gears be swapped? Can...

Does anyone know the length of the 1/4" one? Nobody seems to list the length in the marketing literature.

    Wera Zyklop ratchet alternative?

I did look at that thread, but there are not many locking options. Yes the Wera is good, but I was looking to see what else is available. Ideally something like the Wera in 1/4" but a little longer.

    Wera Zyklop ratchet alternative?

Why don't you find them that useful for automotive? I just borrowed a Wera ratchet from my friend and it was very useful to change some glow plugs in a very tight space. I also used it as a spinner and was quicker than using multiple tools.

    Wera Zyklop ratchet alternative?

Does anyone make a ratchet of similar design to the Wera Zyklop in 1/4"? (see picture below) I like the Wera Zyklop because you can even position it straight on, or even use it as a spinner. Not sure if anyone else makes a ratchet with a similar design in 1/4"?

Does anyone make metric sockets longer than 50mm in 1/4" drive??

I think they would be a a bit too long. Around 60mm long should do it, anything over 80mm, I think I would have clearance problems.

Garden Siphon Mixer - anything in 1:1 ratio?

I am looking for a garden siphon mixer like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015X6H3MS/?tag=atomicindus08-20 But I want something that will mix in 1:1 ratio. Everything I see is mainly used for concentrate. I know I could just premix equal parts in one tank, but then I would need an...

Does anyone make striking socket extensions?

That's one way of doing it, but the advantage of a dedicated tool is that it has a large surface area to hit with the hammer. It's a shame none of them have a feature to lock the tool so that it does not rotate when you hit with the hammer. This would be useful if trying to hammer an...

Does anyone make striking socket extensions?

I think a locking feature would be useful in some instances. As an example if you are trying to hammer an undersized socked onto a rounded bolt. In that instance you would not want it rotating until it was securely on the fastener. Has anyone ever seen a demolition screwdrivers where you can...

Does anyone make striking socket extensions?

Thanks for your suggestions - do you know if any of these can be locked so there is no twist on strike if desired?

Does anyone make striking socket extensions?

Yes but are there any that take normal 1/4" bits? Most I have seen come with bits in odd sizes. I would like to have something that takes normal 1/4" bits, as I have hundreds of 1/4" bits in every size imaginable, and don't mind how many I have to throw away!

Does anyone make striking socket extensions?

yes, but if the bolt is a little rounded, I often use one socket too small and hammer it on. That's why I keep some cheap Chinese stuff for this.
