Thank you guys for the heads up. I will call them in the morning to see what they say. BTW, an online calculator I found says I would only have approx 22,000 BTU's at the garage for the 120k HWH. What an idiot I am Why are you guys against the CSST pipe?

According to that chart a 1" line would give me 149,000 BTU's. According to the chart in the Takagi manual, I would need a 3\4" line. Not sure which is correct, but I will be safe with a 1" I would think.

The roughers came over Friday afternoon to finish the gable ends in time for the crane at 7am Saturday. It only took an hour to set all of the trusses with the crane. Myself and three other guys finished the framing by 4pm. I was pretty much the cut man and clean up guy, but I helped where I could

Slab was poured today. had them add the fiber mesh instead wire mesh. Cost me half as much and saved me some time. Pressure hasn't moved :rocker:

Ended up shortening the first loop and then shortening the other three before running them. Pressure holding well

Thanks Walrus that makes me feel a little better. At this point it will not be too much work to shorten the first loop a little and that way I can stay within the 10%

A few updates. Moved the sand around and compacted it down. inspection passed. Put the 6 mil vapor barrier down and then the 2" foam, taped the joints.
