    varmits!

I didn't know you had sheetrock. I was under the impression is was an unfinished pole barn. But either way, you wouldn't have to cut a foot off. 3-4 inches is plenty to push some mud in and trowel over it. Since it's covered, aesthetics doesn't really matter as much as function. Then you...

    varmits!

I'd be worried about little gaps with the foam roll - mice only need 1/4" to get in. If I used anything to protect the steel, I'd just spray it with undercoating. A couple of cans should go a long way.

    varmits!

Ok, after looking at your pic again, and re-reading everything, why not just use a sand/cement mix and go along your perimeter on the inside?

Is it just a problem around the posts? What about spray foam?

Shop Design Strength Questions..Steel Trusses With 2x6 Walls or Post Frame?

There shouldn't be any outward pressure on your walls at all. The bottom bar is under tension, just like the bottom chord on a wood truss - but with the height, I'd go with 2x6 walls. I really liked those, and considered them for mine, but when I compared the cost of the 2x6 purlins and metal...

Harbor Freight 13 drawer tool boxes $271.99

The rod is for hanging clothes? Anyway, it goes in the top of the locker. Attaching bolts for the locker go where the cart handle was. Attaching bolts for the drawer cabinet are on the bottom (underside - you don't have to take a drawer out).

    FINALLY cleaning my 25x50

Wow, you made a good dent. I wish I had the ambition to do the same thing to a garage and old hanger.

Plumbed in my air lines today (PVC-free thread)

I really don't think you'll have a problem with your drops, with exception of heavy sandblasting use. I did put my T's up, and then 2 street ells for my drops, but it's probably overkill. Looks like things are coming along. After seeing your bench, I wish I hadn't bought the top and side...

Mr. Heater (Big Maxx) no longer for sale at Lowes?

I called the 800 number and had one shipped to me from a store in OH. Had to pay around $35 shipping, but with 10% off coupon, it was still the cheapest I found.

    Amperage, Voltage and wattage...

It really looks like you'll be good to go. As long as your battery is in good shape (and being a 08, I don't see why it wouldn't be), you shouldn't have any issues at all. Out of curiosity, why not go with a 12 volt dc rope light?

Getting a wireless signal out to my attached garage.

I had the problem when I put together my home entertainment center in my addition and got my kids a computer. I never thought at all about running ethernet when I did my wiring, and it's a royal pain to get anything new there. I did run one ethernet cable, and move the wireless router into the...

Cup grinder. They're expensive, but for what you need to do, they'd probably be your best bet.

I paid $370 for mine, new off the truck. Used prices seemed to be around $280.

Outdoor wood burner with radiant floor heat

In my old house, I ran my first radiant floor directly from the woodburner. Other than a little toasty on bare feet, it worked fine. I was idea rich, and money poor, so anything expensive like mixing valves wasn't an option. Of course this was before you could google anything and everything...
