What grade for truck bed bolts?

Shouldn't you cite your science and engineering if you're going to call something out as urban myth?

Replacement 5/16 shank tips for impact screwdriver?

Milwaukee impact bits have 1/4" shanks. Most hammer-struck impact drivers use 5/16" shank bits in a socket retainer.

    Festool Meets A "Mechanic"

I'm looking forward to seeing how this all works out for you Ryan. Plan was to buy the MFT/3 and TS 55 at some point this summer and go from there. I'm building a couple cabinets for a customer right now but I think some of the Festool products could be beneficial. I have the full...

    Need Tap/Thread Information

Grainger owns Zoro, FYI. Oddly enough, I usually find it on Grainger's site first, then have to look for it on Zoro.

Anyone notice the blue husky tool boxes on the HD site..

I have a set of the blue body/black drawers. It's the construction as the standard black tool boxes that most stores stock in the Husky brand. Saw the others on the website a few weeks back, they look nice but I doubt they'll make it to my store.

    Snap-On F80 2016 Vs Snap-On USA F80 2007.

Since you've mentioned it twice, what makes this size so useless to you? A standard length 3/8 ratchet seems to be a staple around here.

    Let's see your toolbox.

I just want to see pictures of 2000lbs in a top drawer, something to inspire my toolbox to be more than it is.

    Router

I'll second the suggestion to keep an eye on Craigslist. I've bought a few like new routers from people that used them once or twice and lost interest.

Need the longest made 17 mm Box Wrench

If you're torquing to spec, you should be using a calibrated torque wrench. Lots of members can recommend something specific, I use Precision Instruments and like their wrenches quite well.

What happened to the Allen/Armstrong Closing thread?

What a shame. I used to sell Armstrong tools, along with Gearwrench, and Proto toward the end of my sales days. Always liked to carry a regular and flex version of the Maxx ratchets (3/8") to put into customers hands. Sold more than a few based on the way the flex version locked up. With Proto's...

    pocket hole jigs

I think you can get your dust extraction from a standard shop vac, provider your hose can connect, but I'm not positive. I've know plenty of people who've used a Rigid vac with a Festool track saw with good results, so I think it would work on the Domino?

Small drill bits - bulk pack?

You can order packs of Norseman bits from Fastenal, but if you don't have an account with good pricing, it could add up quickly. Typically the smaller sizes are packs of 12 and larger sizes packs of 6. The sizes you listed should be 12 packs.

Aviation snips for me. They last as long as it takes for me to lose a set. Done more than a dozen chicken coops on my current set.
