Yeah we always use Wolverine Brass’ “The Beast” tape (it’s nice and thick) and Masters Metallic dope on all our stainless steam systems, rarely if ever do they leak. HOWEVER, you cannot use Masters Metallic on food/beverage systems as it has a rather high lead content. But yeah, tape will help...
