Oil leak: HF metal cutting bandsaw

If nothing else works, find some cornhead grease and fill with that. It gels up when cool, but liquifies when warm. Won't leak and good lube for this kind of thing. Any farm equipment dealer should have it.

    Winterizing pressure washer

I just blow my little Karcher out with air, but I've used RV antifreeze on the Hotsy for several years with no issues. Peace of mind for cheap.

    Winterizing pressure washer

Figured I'd better get my Hotsy winterized. Got down to mid 20's last night. My shop is insulated but I don't heat it. It rarely gets to freezing in there, butbetter safe than sorry. Was trying to figure out best way to fill it with RV antifreeze, and hit on an idea that worked great. Used air...

Used Bosch 5312 12" Sliding Miter Saw Thoughts

I'm by no means a carpenter, but my dad is pretty good, and we've been thinking about getting a miter saw. Probably won't be doing much if any trim work, but more framing and deck type work. Would like to get started on a new shop soon, and know this would be useful. Went to look at this one...

    Milwaukee 6230 PortaBand checkout

Bought a nice, barely used Milwaukee 6230 PortaBand this weekend for $80. Had a Greenlee 531, which I like, but the variable speed and common blade size made me want to upgrade. Anything to look for or maintain on my Milwaukee?

Best way to cut aluminum K gutter?

This is 44' of gutter across the back of a lean to with about a 6' eave. Nearest seamless guy is 40 miles away and won't bother with it. Should only have to make a couple cuts, so will use shears. Thanks guys!
