If nothing else works, find some cornhead grease and fill with that. It gels up when cool, but liquifies when warm. Won't leak and good lube for this kind of thing. Any farm equipment dealer should have it.

I just blow my little Karcher out with air, but I've used RV antifreeze on the Hotsy for several years with no issues. Peace of mind for cheap.

This is 44' of gutter across the back of a lean to with about a 6' eave. Nearest seamless guy is 40 miles away and won't bother with it. Should only have to make a couple cuts, so will use shears. Thanks guys!
