    Yeah the mason is the "Best" In the business, 35 years experience so I have heard. Used laser level for the pins as we did final 2 inches of sand. He said he needs them for running screed board. Is this "Old School"? Thanks guys for all your input!

    Thanks Red, I just dont want him to punch through the vapour barrier if he does need them before the pour? I wouldn't mind something just sticking in the 2 inches of foam before they pour. I have seen pictures of guys laying down the vapour barrier and foam and have seen no "Pins" just...

    I am in the process of prepping for a slab. This is in my 40x60 pole building. The concrete guy was here the other day to set "pins for his height and slope" Basically rebar pounded in the ground to different depths so we could slope the sand a little bit. Now i am left with about 30 pieces...

    Running pex under shower stall area?

    Thank-you high beam, Like I originally posted I was concerned with lines under Shower stall. I am trying to cram so much in one corner that it would almost be impossible to try and not go under it and make it the manifold due to location of "Utility room" and bathroom.

    Sorry, I was talking about pex in the slab....Is there any place it should not go under...The only thing I can think of is under Lift pillars on hoist. Anybody else? So under shower....around toilet is all good? Thanks. P.S. Everything is good in my mind, but when I try and get it out...well...
