Thanks Red, I just dont want him to punch through the vapour barrier if he does need them before the pour? I wouldn't mind something just sticking in the 2 inches of foam before they pour. I have seen pictures of guys laying down the vapour barrier and foam and have seen no "Pins" just...

I am in the process of prepping for a slab. This is in my 40x60 pole building. The concrete guy was here the other day to set "pins for his height and slope" Basically rebar pounded in the ground to different depths so we could slope the sand a little bit. Now i am left with about 30 pieces...

Thank-you high beam, Like I originally posted I was concerned with lines under Shower stall. I am trying to cram so much in one corner that it would almost be impossible to try and not go under it and make it the manifold due to location of "Utility room" and bathroom.

Sorry, I was talking about pex in the slab....Is there any place it should not go under...The only thing I can think of is under Lift pillars on hoist. Anybody else? So under shower....around toilet is all good? Thanks. P.S. Everything is good in my mind, but when I try and get it out...well...

Getting ready to start pad work on pole building slab. I am installing rough in bathroom. I then will being installing pex etc. Wondering about pex being run under showerstall area in slab. Is this ok? Thought about condensation issues under it? Also how far away from toilet flange should...

Just planning a 42x60 pole building in Northern Alberta Canada. It gets to be -40c here in winter. There is a lot of information on slab on grade insulation to protect from frost. Searching internet came up with nothing. I am going to have infloor heat and will insulate 2 inches under slab...
