I've always been baffled that many items don't even have pictures. It is maddeningly stupid of S-O to not give their website adequate attention. Cornwell's website ***** even worse though, so I guess S-O has that going for them. :eyecrazy:

I contacted them two weeks ago as a courtesy FYI about the new problems that have occurred since their latest site update. It's really bad now. Entire product categories are missing from their sub-headings. Seemingly a lot of items, or categories of items, got grouped together under Aviation...

My SIL's Dad had a big white board up in his garage with what was loaned, the date it was loaned, the promised/expected date of return and the borrowers signature. AFAIK his stuff always got returned.
