Pulled down the old fiberboard and insulation above the header in the single bay in preparation for re-insulating and sheeting. This is the last wall to insulate and then it's on to sheeting the East and West walls.

I haven't found the interface of SketchUp very easy to work with after using parametric software for so long. Granted, I didn't watch any tutorials for SketchUp or anything, but I found the dimensioning not very easy to use when drawing items.

I've used Solidworks before and currently use PTC Creo (ProE) at work and found Sketch Up not very intuitive.

ALMOST finished insulating the East wall. Only about a foot short on insulation in the lower right corner.

Got a couple more sheets of OSB sanded in preparation for finishing the North wall.

Started taking out more old insulation last night in the single bay. Will get it finished up tonight and start re-insulating.

I used the Rustoleum High Head Header paint when I re-did my canister on my Hawk. Canister was starting to spot rust so I took it apart, bead blasted it, and painted it then baked it on following the directions on the can. That was about a year ago and it still looks just like when I painted.

Replaced some rotted sill plates in the garage and got the wall studs tied back in today.

My main part of my garage is about 25' x 21' x 10' and I used 8 fixtures that each hold 4 4' T8's. Total of 32 bulbs.

When I finished the ceiling in the single bay side of my garage I used 7/16" OSB and rented a drywall lift. Rental was about $25. Picked it up Saturday afternoon and returned Monday morning.

Started taking down the old OSB that the PO had up in the garage. Planning on re-insulating and re-sheeting it with new OSB. Was going well until I found this by the garage door.... Youtube Video Here's some of the old sheeting removed.
