It was a big week for me. After a 3 month wait, my garage doors are in. The builder also moved out 90% of what he had in the garage and gave me the go ahead to move in. I'm meeting with an electrician next week.

I'm at $73 sq ft for a stick build shell with attic trusses. This was right before covid

Real stucco over dryvit or any othe EIFS. Theres plenty of 120 year old stucco jobs still around.

Go up in your attic and see if you have 2 other trusses with the correct 24" centers and put the ladder there. Your current ladder may be between a couple trusses that are spaced a little tighter. Also possible your trusses pulled in a half inch or so when installing that ladder

Lol. Plenty of the builds on that page are definitely "upper middle class" or better. They just try and avoid the mega huge commercial building type builds.

I did the same thing last summer but it was a low mileage 2004 Mach 1 and not a ladder. She found out after 2 weeks.

You would want 3000# forged fittings. And yes, if the system could refrigerate, you want fittings and pipe that can handle it.

Here's where I'm at as of today.

I'm doing exactly that on my new garage. I didn't want to take up any floor space. Hopefully I have pics in a couple weeks.

Haven't put any updates up in a few days. Roofs done and the subfloor is in upstairs.

Beautiful Mach. Definitely my favorite color. I had a mystichrome terminator a few years back and always kinda preferred the looks of the Mach.
