Finished resto on Beverly B-1 hand shear for a friend. New knives and handle and paint. Can still get all parts for these. Made between 1932-1941 according to Mittler Bros. Who now manufacter them.

Picked up a hand bead roller today. Barth USA is the only markings on it. Soaking now in evapo rust. 1 extra set of dies with it. Hope to get it going. Anyone heard of Barth? Or ideas of age? Thanks for any help or suggestions. Bill

Bad news. I thought that I was getting it but now owner of scrap yard wants me to restore it and he will be putting it in his shop! I guess that's fine as we are friends and I have gotten my fair share of things that are scrapped. Thanks for the replies which will help me in resto

Thanks for the info and all the likes. All parts are loose so should clean up nice. Haven't ever received a "you ****" so maybe will get one now Paid 22$ for it!!!

Picked this up at scrap yard. Seems complete. Anyone tell me the year of manufacturer? Disassembled ratchet and cleaned..works good Going to clean up the case with evapo rust. Thanks for any info. Bill
