Picked this vise up today. Nice shape and complete. According to company history, pre World War 2 items have New York, New York cast into them Anyone know if the History is true? This vise has that cast in it. Thanks for any replys

Saved this from scrap yard today. Works and only missing 1 stone collar and glass. Any ideas of age and where to get a collar? Collar is 3.5" with 3/4" hole. Going to be a winter project here in the U.P. of Michigan Thanks for any info or help. Bill

My tapered pin was also frozen. Drove out from the bottom after base and movable jaw was removed Good luck. Bill
