Epoxy the garage floors? Good or bad idea?

I love my epoxy, accidentally dropped a 9" axle on it last weekend and it shrugged it off. I do need to sweep and mop though, I haven't cleaned it since I painted the garage, did all the suspension work on my Camaro and a bunch of other ****. I paid $4/square foot for a pro grind, prime, epoxy...

    Kids don't believe me!

I'm 25 and have a pair for around the grounding cables on my house. That being said, the day a robot can landscape my yard for a reasonable cost I'm out of the yard work game. More time to focus in the garage.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

I'll definitely have some feedback, I already hit my first roadblock with the install, but I should have that straightened out this weekend. As far as I know I'm the first person other than the UMI test car with the coilovers so I'm expecting a few pain points to make them work.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

I pulled off all the old stuff from the front, oem junk with 140k miles on it. I'm stepping up to UMI boxed LCAs, stock UCAs with fresh balljoints and bushings, Strano parts sway bars and the shocks are a custom valved setup from Afco made by Sam Strano and UMI. It'll get me 600lb/in springs...

Best place to store antique cars?????

Another vote for a hangar. sometimes you can rent a half from someone who has a small plane, that covers you for the airplane first section.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Pulled my front shock assembly, control arms, etc... in prep for the new coilovers. Also I'm an idiot and committed to doing this with hand tools since I have yet to decide if I want to spend $400 on a fuel impact or hold out for a nice compressor.

    Slomaro's small 2-car

Got this hung up on my staircase wall: Sorry for the potato quality picture. It's from my first car a 1994 Camaro v6 that after 3 years I plowed into a telephone pole. Also the car that got me hooked on f-bodies.

    Slomaro's small 2-car

Got the paint wrapped up. I'm sure my uncle who is helping me run 2 220v outlets will be excited I painted first :D Also I decided to keep the pegboard on the back wall.

    Slomaro's small 2-car

Ah yeah! In that case, they grinded the concrete, primed, epoxied and clear coated. I'm super happy with it so far, accidentally dropped my 3/8 socket wrench from ceiling height while removing the pull up bar and zero damage.

    Slomaro's small 2-car

It's not paint, it's an epoxy coat and polyaspartic clear coat from kretus. I ended up calling in a pro for that and they did a great job.

Getting rid of some shelves and the ugly 2x4s with nails in them that were hung on the wall. Waiting for the patch work to dry and might even throw the paint on the walls tonight.

    Slomaro's small 2-car

So I might as well start this, I finally bought a house (there was another thread on that) and it has a smallish 20.5x23 ft (on the inside) garage. Thought I could post some progress. I got way more suburban than I wanted to with this endeavor, but what neighborhood doesn't need a single 25...

    Storage Shed on Steel joists?

I just put in my order for a Tuff shed and instead of the treated wood joists I let myself be upsold to their mid range sheds with galvanized steel joists. The salesman was confident that the shed will last for many decades. I'm really curious if anyone here has had good or bad luck with that...

Just went through the whole thread, I'm about to have a 20' wide garage and here I was worried it wouldn't be big enough! How easy is it to push around the Vega on the dollies?
