    Just Sharing the Goodies.

Looks like a nice set. Does the titan seem like a quality ratchet?

    Impact socket recommendations

A lot of the mechanics I work with use Grey Pneumatics. The shop has a set of GP sockets and we have yet to wreck one single socket... I just don't see the benefit of spending the big bucks on a Snapon mac matco s.k. proto etc impact socket set...

    Tekton & Great Neck Tools

Tekton seems to really be going above and beyond with their warranty. This is great because very few other manufacturers are doing that now a days. If Tekton looses on a few warranty claims that they probably didn't need to warranty, I'm sure they'll gain the trust and sales to make up for it.

HF 1/2 torque for lugs - worst case?

What kind of vehicles are you working on? I use a snapon torque wrench which is guaranteed to be withing 8ft/lbs of whatever you set it to... What this means is accuracy isn't too important. The major concerns with people installing lugnuts are overtorqing, not torquing in the correct star...

    Using a grease gun

You'll get the hang of that gun. I'd personally work with it a little before chucking it for another one. What kind of truck is it? Typically, grease fittings only come on suspensions that have had parts replaced. Make sure you clean the grease fitting before and after you use it. If they have...

    Tekton & Great Neck Tools

I'm curious about Tekton myself. I just bought the three set of deadblows: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GMN4F3C/?tag=atomicindus08-20 Dead blows are kind of a consumable item so I just have to see how long it takes to wreck them.

sears in my area has closed no more craftsman for me so what now

How do you normally buy your tools? Do you like to walk into a store and buy and that's why you are concerned? I would check around GarageJournal a little bit. People around here talk **** about tools all the time. You can order online through a site like Amazon and save yourself the brick and...

    precise portable table saw

That ridgid saw is a great saw:http://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-15-amp-10-in-Heavy-Duty-Portable-Table-Saw-with-Stand-R4513/100090444 It's a great saw at a pretty decent price considering the features and id check but I think it has a lifetime warranty. You can get one new and worse case...

I don't know anything about it but that looks like a really nice wrench.

Air Impacts - VS - Cordless Impacts

I use the Milwaukee M12 for tight space lighter torque stuff, and I use my pneumatic guns for larger torque stuff. The M12 is nice because it is tiny and hits relatively hard for what it is. The batteries are always available and there are a lot of other m12 tools out there that you can...

3/8 air impact with good trigger control?

Regarding the feathering, every IR gun I've used, I can feather the trigger so slow the bit will spin but the impact won't function. This is a good feature for threading bolts. takes practice on some guns though.

3/8 air impact with good trigger control?

I've used that gun without the quiet function and it is a really nice little gun. Ingersol Rand really has their designs down pat with their impacts. I'm extremely happy with my 2235timax and I think I spend around $290 on it when it first came out. It has earned it's keep and then some! Don't...

    Grease gun usage on cars?

Generally most stock suspension components don't come with grease fittings. If it comes with one, I'd go ahead and hit it with some grease when i'm doing oil changes. Also, don't loose the dust cap that comes with the fitting. Otherwise you'll be pumping dirt through the hole...
