    yes, but you will save the cost of running the gas line in the first few months of heating. and you would not need to up grade the EL service. that being said, while you are running, run and wire a sub panel in the garage.. you will be glad you did.

    Clear is done! These pics were taken after it was "walk on" dry, 5 more days untill its car ready. Very happy with the rustoleum products so far. I ended up using 3.5 Clear Kits, I wish I had put it on heavier in a few spots. If I were to do it again I would buy 5 kits of clear and lay it on...

    I wasn't planning on using the grit, its never going to house a daily driver, so I am not worried about wet feet, just put a carpeted mat just inside the man door

    on my first batch I went too thin on ~250 sq foot, and had about a gallon left over. I had new concete that was ground, so I got good milage out of the first coat, but I def could of used it all. 2nd coat I planned it out better and had none left. the floor looked great @300sq ft per kit, got...

    Second coat was much faster than the first..and made the floor look 10x better, I am glad I did 2 base coats. I used 4 kits (8 gal) on the 1st coat, 3 kits (6gal) on the second coat putting it on heavy. no worry about running out

    I have pad lifts in the floor, with extra rebar (whole slab has wire and some rebar) but honestly the floor is thick enough to put a lift anywhere. the whole front half of the garage ended up 6"+ thick. THe plan is to put a 2 post in my attached garage and move my 4 post into this garage...

    Thanks! Correck on the ion in the walls and I got the pex-al-pex on amazon (PRIME!) Finished 1st coat at 10 Pm.. ready So I could Paint under the doors and keep out bugs. Trimed Fine crafted epoxy shoes getting there She Trims! some uneven areas, but the second coat today...

    Typical cost per sq. ft. for professional epoxy job (northeast)?

    buying the epoxy, clear coat, renting the grinder and buying the buckets/brushes/squegee for my 1440 sq foot floor has cost $1300 or $0.90 psf time, 8 hours grinding, 2 hours rinsing and from here I expect 2 hours per coat/ 6 hours. 16hours for the job not counting on drying times.
