Can you identify this Lincoln welder?

I see it also has a tank on it so might be set up for mig or tig as well.

Angle grinder abrasive options and power recommendations.

I use the cup brush the least, typically for clean up, knocking BB's off before paint etc.. So I would have a cut off on 1, and different flap disks say a 60 grit and 120 grit on the other 2. Since I discovered quality flap disks I rarely use the hard disks and if needed you could swap one out...

    Wood to Metal Conversion

Check out the offerings from Surplus center, many to choose from. http://www.surpluscenter.com/Gear-Reducers/ Personally I just found a bandsaw with a high low gearbox and a reeves drive so that I can cut both. No need for 2 saws with one sitting most of the time.

My Harbor Freight Welding Cart Build.

What no pics? Anyhow I never understood buying a welding cart, you have a welder right? It is a great beginner project and you can learn a lot by building one even if you copy a existing design.

    Clearing a wooded lot costs??

It really depends on what kind of trees they are, There is a local logging company that will come out and selectivity thin out trees for free if they are good old growth stuff that they can sell to a specialty mill. You have to take care of the stumps yourself.

    SBD's plans for Craftsman

I for 1 am watching this closely, and am looking forward to walking into a store in 2018 and speaking loudly with my cash. I will most likely buy a starter set of cman USA for each of my kids to show my support for USA made tools.

    Man door sizing question

I would re-frame to a 36 inch door, the new home we are designing will be all 36 inch doors just in case one of us ends up in a wheel chair, not to mention it is much easier to get things through them. But I like the barn door idea for a room in the shop as well.

Fab/ Tool Cart- Bottle Jack Actuated Feet

The top weighs in at around 1200 pounds and there is several hundred pounds in the frame, the damn thing is a beast. Doesn't need a ton of bracing the fitment of the square tube and good welds will do all of the work.
