    This is fishy as ****. If the tools legitimately were purchased at Home Depot, go return them. They usually will do it without a receipt for store credit. It sounds like you bought them somewhere else (not HD) and now want to take them there and get money. Thats not ok...

    Kryptonite type U-locks can be cut rather easily with a pair of 2 foot-ish bolt cutters. cuts half way then snaps in half the rest of the way.

    Low-end beam torque wrench: 0-50 lbs or 0-75?

    I bought a craftsman beam style in 3/8. I like it a lot. the biggest problem is that it doesnt ratchet which can be a pain sometimes depending on the situation. Though if it is for an engine build i think you will have plenty of room to work with the beam.

    I have that bent head flex handled polished, and i have never had any issues with it. Cheap, warranty, and better than the raised panels.
