I have the 5 drawer tool cart. I bought the nonslip drawer liner (also from harbor freight) and two-sided taped it to the top of the lid so when it is down, I can use it as a table top without scratching the surface.

Yes. Snap on has the best in ratcheting screwdrivers. If you simply can't afford one, one year my parents bought me a skil brand ratcheting screwdriver. I was sceptical of it because, well, it was skil brand! But, I had just really started using it in the past couple weeks, and let me tell you...

I was going to use them mostly for lugnuts but inevitably would use them for a precision application every once in a while. So I guess what I am looking for is the most bang for the buck.

I would probably use it to rotate tires. I was going to buy the HF half inch drive torque wrench for that but was wondering if anyone has used it. I would probably also buy the 1/4" drive for when less torque is needed.
