Get a reznor 75k btu, about 15 inches tall, mounts 1 inch from the ceiling. Or if you're on a budget the mr heater 75 or 80k btu (lowes sells it) is a decent heater too. If you don't have NG and electric easily available you'll sink some money in getting that run too.

Rebuild the motor, precision balancing and tolerances, good muffler, and still build a sound deadening enclosure. Or just go buy a honda for $5k, it'll be so quiet you'll have to touch it to know it's running.

I've never actually been "injured" by it, just beats the piss out of me the few times I use it until I get the hang of it again. Sore wrists, beat up shins mainly.

If you read all the info on woot it says it's warrantied by Waterloo, so likely it's a Waterloo box with craftsman badging? Maybe they all are, I don't know much about CM boxes. But I've never been impressed by a Waterloo box either.
