This model has a tracking adjustment, pretty sure they all do. There isn't however a way to adjust the belt tension. Just a release to change belts.

Good to know, I put some little rubber feet on it tonight seemed to help a bit..

I noticed the top drawer only has one set of slides where as the Masterforce and HF have two sets...

How do these compare to the HF or Menards Masterforce boxes?

Picked up this Delta belt/disc sander today off CL for $60.... Model 31-460 it seems to be built pretty decent, heavy cast base, 1/3hp, 4amps, etc... It came with a bunch of belts and discs. It runs fine, but it seems very loud, the drive bearings feel smooth and I took apart the tension end...

It's the size of the (motor pulley/jack-shaft input)*(jack-shaft output/bandsaw pulley)* speed of the motor= RPM RPM*12*3.14/12=SFPM This is basically the smallest and largest pulleys I could get, ideally it'd be closer to 100SFPM..

It should be 165 SFPM or 53 RPM

It works, still need adjustment rod for the jackshaft and a few more braces on the frame.

Picked up and installed some new poly tires, Polybelt.com has nice stuff and shipped it fast, they even included this handy little tool for install... the new blade and pulley's for the jackshaft should be here Saturday

Thanks for the offer. The lower bearing spins smooth, the upper bearings are the ones that are a little chunky.

I got the side gussets tacked in... trying to figure out motor and jackshaft placement..
