At the Do It Best Hardware store I work at we have a whole bargain bin full of tools with that packaging. When they arrive in a big box the box says tekton on the side. But I don't think any of the tools says tekton. So it probably is, but maybe a cheaper version.

I have the 140 also and love it, got it because I don't have 220 in garage. I use .030 with C25 gas. No professional but it does everything I need.

It is all new stuff, just now phasing it in. Not sure if it is a Do It Best thing only or not though.
