    Anti-seize.

    I’ve got some aluminum and stainless stuff right now. May also tap some copper bars for stainless. But it was more of a general resource question about whether there was a table or chart that I could keep handy.

    Thanks. That’s helpful. This is the kind of thing I was wondering/worrying about. Seems like the chemistry for different metal combinations would be entirely different.

    300 gallon Tote valve freezing.

    1200 gallons. I’m sure the oaks will appreciate it. Less trouble than sourcing and replacing those valves.

    What do you guys think? I can drain these totes and leave the valve open. Or I can fill them up with about 300 gallons of water and leave the valve closed. Projected temperatures are about 15 F at night for 3 days. Warms up above freezing during the day. These things have a sort of a pallet...

    Engineering specification

    A brief update on this. I mocked up a couple of spans. One at 4’ o.c. and one at 5’. Standing in the middle at about 180 lbs. Almost zero deflection on a single plank at 5’. I’m tempted to go 4’ o.c. instead of 2’.
