Really depends on what the output is meant to be. Not real efficient space for turning out kitchen cabinets, or large furniture. The older I get the more I tend to believe less is more, less clutter, less of the unnecessary one function tool.
I have done just what you are describing with a 10' piece of 1/2" pvc. Stick it in one hole about 8' away it bent down enough to hook it with a wire. If you have that laying around might try it.
Yep Eastern Washington State Lowes and Home Depot 7/16" OSB $21.75, 2x4 and 2x6 up about 2.50-3 bucks from a month ago. With fires and 2 tropical storms headed to the gulf, plus covid don't think prices will change downward anytime soon.
Washington state requires licensing, Insurance and bonded for General Contractors as well as subs. Liability Ins. based on your revenues. No continuing education required, which is great for the contractor cost wise. I think there should be some education just to keep up with changing...
You should try living "In" the house. :) Guess it comes down to how much cash you have sitting around. Having a 1/4 of an acre that needs landscaped isn't much. I think I would rent one for a couple weekends get the big project done, maybe hire some help with other stuff. If this is a 5 year...
Part of my shop height is 10'6" I have an 8500 lumen fixture in 5000k, I would think at 8' 5000L -4000L would be fine. I may get booed but have you looked at the Costco LED fixture 4000L at 4000k linkable, and on sale at times for $20 each? I think 9-12 lights may work, they do have similar...
I thinking most of the posts here are on the 110,120 or 220,240 volts debate and history. That's all good but looking at the OP question, 1) Will the outlet in my garage work with this power supply or will I have to swap out outlets in my garage to a specific one for 220V?
I get the feeling...
Call a HVAC company they will give you a quote on what you want usually quotes are free. From what I have gathered using a single outdoor unit with two heads inside isn't as efficient as two smaller units and cost is comparable. So you might get two 18K or 24K units and have a better system...
Some builders like to throw out out the "It's in spec's/tolerance" line, but whose spec's is he talking about?

Too bad the doors aren't on the low side. If you build cabinets along that back wall...
