    Hand cleaning tip

    Get a pumice/lava stone. You will be amazed how well it cleans your hands. Especially when you have paint and hard to remove thingeze on your hands/arms. You can either get a manufatured one at the beauty supply house or a natural one.

    Should I install a new intake manifold gasket when I reinstall the intake manifold?

    Always replace it with a good quality gasket and if it is an Amarican OHV V-8 use silicon RTV on the front and back portions. :3gears:

    Multiple layers of paint on my old vise, aircraft stripper safe?

    Just put a wire brush or sanding disc on your hand grinder and get after it. I have had very good results with this method. Just be sure to use leather gloves and safety glasses I do not like to use stripping chemicals. If I did I ended up using the hand grinder described above. :3gears:

    I liked my Radial Arm Saw. It was a 10" Dewalt. I wish I still had it. RAS's have been replaced by the newer compound miter saws. But a 'RAS' is a very good tool for cross cutting. Using one to rip can be dangerous if you do not use it properly. If it is good enough for Norm,..it is good...

    Stainless Steel or Butcher Block???

    Finally found a Baby Wilton for a good price. It works good but a little ugly. This is before; Then I did a minor restoration. What a contrast to my Wilton 800S :3gears:
