It's a pole barn. The ground is a structural element in a pole barn so the post have to be buried.

I try and clean them but i also store them on a pig mat on the shelf under my parts cleaner.

That's going to put the value around $1K or lower. Machine tools are pretty common in that part of the country and there are going to be much more capable machines available in the $1.5K to $2K range. Your market is going to be someone with a tight budget or a fondness for that particular model.

You really should have all the grounding run to one point. Cable, phone, sat dish (if it has one) and power should all be bonded together and using the same grounding rod, rods or Ufer.
