Can you explain? Do you mean using an impact wrench to remove it causes the bolt and nut to seize?

Where does stainless gall up? Why is it ok for exhaust?

What about something less intense like an exhaust hanger bolt? Not something directly dealing with manifolds. Zinc, stainless, or galvanized? Is regular silver anti-seize bad for stainless? Or just not as good as Nickel?

I heard that stainless steel bolts seize up and are worse than normal rusty bolts. Is it smart to avoid stainless steel bolts on cars, for stuff like exhaust? Is it better to just use galvanized or generic zinc bolts?

Ok, so 4.8 is strength not corrosion. I just need corrosion, not strength. So, I just need to look for 4.8 and also stainless?

I had some cheap HF bolts kit and used a 4.8 bolt as a quick fix. I want to get a better quality stainless bolt. What markings indicate a higher quality or strength bolt?

If the hole was shallow, how would square bits help? They will get the same shallow depth at a 3/8" ratchet. I agree with wire brushing the hole, pressing firmly while turning.
