Shaft Diameter in an Old Air Pump

The US built planes for the British and Allies. I imagine they were all the same for the spare parts issue.

1” Square Drive VS #5 Spline Drive Impact

For an impact your going to have to GO BIG. Forward torque of 3000 is 4000+ reverse rating. Impacts are alway stronger reversing. Just looking around your probably looking at big buck with Ingersoll Rand. Matco for example does not go that big. For reasonable price a good torque multiplier...

Drive into the pile - bucket tilt up (they go toward the back of the bucket) do it again. Viola you've got rocks in the bucket. You will be surprised at the pushing force of the machine. With your road, make a picture of the cross section of the road. I suspect you'll want a ditch on the...

    You Can't Trust Internet Reviews

Well there's the problem right there. I've never found TTC's reviews abundantly accurate. They are based on how much money he receives from manufacturers to do a review..

What’s a good quality set of precision microscrewdrivers or bits?

There's lots of good suggestions for electronics screwdrivers. I believe for guns you should get a gunsmith set. I'm not a gun guy but I remember someone saying you should use gunsmith screwdrivers only - as you mentioned you are in a whole lot of hurt if you screw up.

    Clay and foundation engineering issues!

That is the foundation spec for a much larger building. Your engineer pulled standard boilerplate. I don't believe Texas has much frost penetration in the winter. Three feet sounds excessive. The Texas guys can tell how deep for the frost line. I'd just check that at whatever level you stop...

Is this Matco Box any good?

It's called breaking the ice with humour. Lots of people will blow you off with "firm" bs. Get with them in person and see what happens. I've never had enough money to pay what everybody is asking.

    Canada Only Deals!

I do not believe Makita is a brand that they "carry". I believe they source clearances / closeouts what ever you want to call them. They used to carry a bunch of refurb Makita which was probably building up in warranty centers. On another thread on GJ someone said Home Depot US was getting...
