    The Grizzly Industrial PASS/FAIL Thread

Interesting thread even though I have no experience with Grizzly tools or machinists tools in general but I like learning.

HF haters, tool snobs, and trolls

'Twas an interesting thread. Read it late last night and all seemed fine...oh, well. Glad to hear you're hanging in there John. Looking forward to those video clips you mentioned in the locked thread.

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

Gotcha! :) Good luck with those ants. I just can't get rid of them around here. Seems the best I can do is keep them at bay. I'll also give a Pass to the US General Mechanic's Gloves. When I noticed all the mechanic's gloves I looked at were Made in China (but were more expensive) I decided to...

    My Harbor Freight Investment

Ditto. I've seen good mechanics with mixed sets of HF tools but nothing like John's collection. Most interesting. I figured some professional out there must have more than the odd wrench or free screwdriver.

You just twist the nozzle one way or the other for a finer or wider spray. If you spraying a liquid mixed with a powder (such as Diatomaceous Earth) you will want to do this to prevent clogging. Glad to hear of its other uses.

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

1-1/4 Gallon Sprayer PASS. Used this about 10 times in the last two months to take care of bugs and weeds. Has performed well every time (cleaning it out after each use has probably helped). Respectable length of spray when the tank is fully pumped. Nozzle is adjustable. Cost was about $8.00 at...

    Crashbumper Charity Sale

Thanks, Bull. Perhaps amending the title to state new items have been added might draw attention to Bolster's and boro boy 70's recent offerings. Very cool, fellas.

    SK socket set, order cancelled!

Regarding Meg Whitman, she resigned as ebay CEO in 2007. John Donahoe has been running it down since. Regarding SK...more bad news. I just called to get a few sockets warrantied. The warranty mail box is full and can no longer accept messages. I wrote to SK a week ago and never received a...

Post pics of your wright tools!

Recently found this Barberton O. USA stamped 7/16 socket. This is the first Barberton that I've come across. 48+ date stamp. Amazing shape for its age. Aside from the crud that was on it the socket looks near new.

Help with a NexGen EQC Auto-Dark Lens

Sometimes it looks that way but mostly it looks like I posted above. It did not adjust outside in the brighter light (no offense but it's not a good idea to look at the sun) and I could still see the liquid. Oh, well...not the find I was hoping for.

Help with a NexGen EQC Auto-Dark Lens

Now before I part with this I just want to make sure that this is modeling and it is normal. And I have also noted a rectangular pattern that sometimes shows up on the screen (not shown). Is this also normal? Sorry for the fuss but this thing confuses me. Thank you. - D.
