The Bolster Method on an Ugly Flare Nut Wrench

Very impressive Bolster. You've made my clean up jobs look amateur in comparison. I doubt that I will go that extra buffing mile. On some tools I have experimented with a wipe on/off metal polish. Had some very nice results. Gives the steel a smooth unique shine.

FS: S-K 10 PC 1/2" Drive Socket Set

Thank you. It's a point and shoot Nikon L12. Please don't buy the camera. It's probably the most inferior Nikon I have ever used. Seemed fine when I tested it at the store but longer use revealed it's many flaws. It does take good macro shots but the lighting and background have to be just...

Help with a NexGen EQC Auto-Dark Lens

Thanks. I'm curious, does this modeling ever occur while you are welding? If so I would think that would be most distracting if not dangerous.

Help with a NexGen EQC Auto-Dark Lens

From the website. See, what confuses me is that I see the "modeling" when the unit is on. It does go away but not quickly but if you fellas say this is normal I'll take your word for it. I just don't want to sell a defective unit to someone. Thank you!

So, the spots clear up once you start welding or does it take some time?

Did a little maintenance on my employers air compressor, yikes!

Re: Did a little maintence on my employers air compressor, yikes! Ditto. Good post. If I learned one thing the hard way it's the value of maintenance.

Help with a NexGen EQC Auto-Dark Lens

This lens was among a lot of tools I purchased. I have very little welding experience so this thing is out of my league. In hopes of reselling the lens I bought some new batteries for it. The lens instantly came on and responded to function changes but after a few minutes there were spots (ink?)...

More Snap On rebranding- this time @ Tractor Supply

This really is akin to people buying overpriced low end clothing with expensive brand name logos on them. "Can't afford the good stuff but I can afford this." It's a shameless game.

The larger Ace by me had some Cman in stock. Small selection. Most of it was the newer Chinese garbage.
