My 4.5 inch grinder works well with the Diamabrush shroud, but the vacuum port on the shroud does not fit my Ridgid brand vacuum hose. Neither standard nor car detail hose fits. I am gonna duck tape it in place, but wonder why the size is not standard. Has anyone else experienced this?

What is your verdict on the squeegee? I apply next and would like to know. I plan to just use a an 18 inch roller and skip the squeegee all together. Thanks!

Thank you for the post and pictures. I carefully considered HD 6525 but decided on the whole primer, epoxy , sealer shabang. I hope to finish next week and will post my story. I look forward to comparing notes with you and other enthusiasts on short and long term results.
