Most spray foam outfits charge around .90-$1/in for CC...at least that's the pricing I've seen around my area.

I bought 2'x4' flat LED panels like these for my shop. I think they were like 7800 lumens each...bought 4 initially and figured I'd have to buy more later, but it lights up the space great! Not sure how your garage is set up, but for me I bought the frame kits and hung them from my metal ceiling.

I'm sure you know, but doing it entirely in spray foam is the best way if you can afford it. If not, you could do a mix of the foam board AND spray foam like I did. So lay your foam board where you want (I put mine over the 2x4 girts), then spray foam it with 1-2" of CC or 3-4" of OC. Or...
