    Quick liability question

Never, ever pay all the money up front for anything, nada, zip. That is where all the problems in the world arise. Thats why c-list has all those notifications about paying money up-front for cars and other things. maybe not all but most are going to be ripoffs. :rocker:

    Can someone identify this

I think that is an old distributor tool the end with the feeler gauge is for the points, the end with the tabs is actually a screw driver for the screws in the distributor holding the points and condenser. I have not seen one in a long time so its possible I'm wrong.

Mitsubishi or Daikin and where to buy

why would you even consider mini-splits at all. I put 3.5 t heatpump in Texas with 100+ heat in summer and below 32 in winter and works fantastically. cost was not much more, with some trade-outs. and its a lot more unit.

Keeping it at 65 all year 24/7

why don't you just buy a walk in cooler, they are a refrigerator system and you can get one configured for your space. I bought one used from an auction a few years ago for a hunting camp and it would keep meat hanging at 40 degrees constantly

    shelving beam sizing

what is the wall made of where the shelves will be. Can you install cantilevered shelve above your piping rack. that would cut down on your span for upper shelves and give more weight bearing. instead of 20 ft. clear span you could make it four or six or even 8 and give it plenty of support.

Cargo Container for long term auto storage in Houston, thoughts?

Humidity is going to be a killer here in Houston. I like the vent idea with the seperate roof over the top for an air gap insulation, let the container breathe. but like some asked what kind of car if high dollar climate controlled storage would be a lot better:thumbup:

Just turn it on when I'm out there and the highest bill so far has been...
