    keeping machines from rusting

    I have tried everything and I think Mystery Marvell Oil works pretty good. My shop is heated with wood heat in the winter so lots of condensation. A quick wipe down when I am done for the weekend and no rust issues have appeared.

    If the price is right go look at it. Does it have change gears? What tooling is included? Tooling is expensive and can far exceed the cost of the lathe.     Good eye! it is a LYONS bench that I have it on. I shortend it 6" and narrowed it 8". It was a $20 garage sale find. The maple top was a little rough so I used the black poly shade on it.
