I know about 1/2" one, it's called 12,7mmx35mm socket and I'm definitely hunting for it. It will make an ultra-short 1/2" extension :D only without ball :( .

AFAIK these "goods" were mostly inferior to soviet-made ones. That's because you could make them from the best high alloy steel and didn't care because it still was cheap.

One important tip: remove handle return spring permanently and when not used store jacks with open valve and pump fully pushed down. Otherwise, with time rust specks destroy surfaces and consequently they will be wearing out seals quickly.
