    Armstrong Maxx 1/2 Screwup?

That is definitely a reason for warranty. It won't live long in this configuration and it doesn't work good now. Whatever else you want to buy, send this for warranty.

Rusted Craftsman sockets....will they warranty them

Yes, I do care to explain "reality". Sensible reasons for warranty. Abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, neglect of adequate store conditions etc. are NOT one of them.

    Floor Jack oil change?

It's my experience, both jack and presses. Rod or pump pistons left systematically uncovered and little dots of corrosion appear - these degrade seals very fast. Been there, done that. Doing my way there's enough oil everywhere to protect it. Of course, one gets all his tools rusty in a month...

It's actually good - you can hold both with one wrench set and not bother buying second set.

    Floor Jack oil change?

There may be air or oil starts foaming but it's not good. And it's not by design. When you drain oil, please post pics. Remove handle spring and when not used, open valve and leave pump in down position - it prevents rusting and in consequence earlier wearing/destroying of seals. You have...

Quality metric mid to long length allen sockets?

Get a spare allen key and cut it to desirable length. Faster, cheaper and you don't need the whole set now.

Snap On Whitworth Socket from the 'bay

Guys, I know about the threads, I asked about the heads sizes... We are talking sockets, not taps here. The 1st table is a bit strange - it's obvious that mm's won't work but why inches not in common fractions? There's no easy way to compare. But I guess, it's better than nothing...

    Tap & Dies?

I don't think it would be ok to do it without removing head, it's not a grass trimmer... If I remember correctly, honda sparks are M14x1,5. When you buy helicoil, you get the whole set, tap will be probably M16x1,5 to fit the inset.
