32, not counting boxes for one specific tool, and not counting small under-the-seat car/truck boxes. Most are the 18" three-drawer flip-tops, which I find the most handy. ... but I'm getting better, sold a couple in the last few months, and more slated to depart. Honest!

Even if he's not marking it up to make a profit on the materials, you're paying for his time to go get it, or order and pay for delivery - one way or another, it costs. If he'll give you a list and you do all that, you'll save money and spend your time & car expenses.

Switching to 240 won't make much difference, if any, unless the existing wiring is inadequate - too small or too long a run for the current draw. You should be on 12 gauge- if it's 14 there might be too much voltage drop. I tend to agree with lafester, though. I can saw 5-6" with my 14"...
