if these are aluminum, they dont make good chimes. Well, that was my experience. There was one in my neighborhood on the curb for like 6 months. One day I decided to pick it up for chime(s) but it didn’t ring at all. I scrapped it.

I recommend an adapter so you can run the Ryobi tools with your Ridgid batteries. Or Just stick with one battery platform.

I would prefer bins but have dividers. I’m not complaining as the bins were a huge score (all bins and hardware from a Home Depot that was closing) but there are often times I would to dump out everything in a little section.

Wow, super old thread which i forgot all about and neglected to update. I ended up getting this OTC frame and wheels. It works pretty well. Here’s an updated picture of my saw with the wheels. I recently enclosed the legs in order to capture more of the saw dust.

I’ve fondled a lot of it but haven’t purchased anything. Much of it feels like really good quality while other pieces I question. It appears there is a large push on this changeover as they have a new drawer system for displaying the products in the store and it seems there are a lot more tools...

The craftsman ratchets were all I knew for decades and I had many between my collection plus inheriting a few. Then I found this place and now have more ratchets than fingers and zero craftsman. FYI they still sell pretty well on eBay

Thanks for the education! I get a fat discount at NAPA so I am often willing to pay for the Carlyle stuff but it doesn’t look like that is even an option with this ratchet.

I don’t think I have ever seen one of these. There are none available in stores near me, but if there was, can you educate me on why i would want one? I mean need, why would I need one?

What specifically are you looking for? I think all of the NAPA Evercraft sold through the stores (and some went cheap!). NAPA does not often have deep clearance pricing, but they appeared to want to blow the Evercraft stuff out. Craftsman and other stuff, not so much.

Planograms are why most chain stores have a clearance section. I do miss the old days of 25%, 50%, 75% off, not to mention the occasional unicorn.
