I've got one - got it several years ago. It's rather simple to operate and gives very repeatable fantastic results. A neighbor mentioned something about his dull drill bits so I let him borrow mine. After giving it a try, he went out and bought his own. I highly recommend the product.

Got my 5 blades today! The clerk didn't even look at what I brought in - just counted the five and gave me 5 new ones for the cashier to ring up.

Haven't heard or tried it - but I'd think the double thickness would prevent the standard hooks from holding.

I've got two of those - 1 in the garage and 1 in the basement shop. I locate the parts bin for the type/style of fastener I'm looking for and spill them in the tray. Then pick out exactly the right size/etc that I need - tip the tray and the remainder hardware slides back in to the bin.

Does the arbor spin freely? If it's been sitting a while, there could be dust/grime buildup in the bearings that increase the load too high.

Nice work! Get some cork sheeting and cut it to fit under the knife blade areas - to help protect their edge.
