Isn’t that missing some of the original hardware? For example that machine screw looks wrong.

What else is on that 20 amp circuit? Could be a bad outlet or bad fixture.

In my experience Wayfair’s business model is to send a new item and tell you to junk the bad item. From what i have seen the stuff is poorly made. It is so bad it will give China a bad name.
