    Urethane products are "moisture cure". So they cure by pulling moisture from the atmosphere. Some users suggest a light misting with water to promote the cure. 4000 is like first love - it sticks really well, but it CAN be removed.:lol_hitti 5200 is like true love (or a tattoo) - it is forever...

Based on my satisfaction with the Eley hose reel I would likely spring for one of their expensive garden sprayers. But...
