    Advice on organizing the garage

    1. Get rid of junk. Sell or give away anything you're not going to use again. If you have bikes, get them off the floor.

    Dumb question: Compressor oil change

I just got this used compressor cheap. There is a plug in the bottom of the cylinders, but where do I refill oil and how do I know how much to put in? The last compressor I had had a window to see oil level. This one does not. Thanks!

    Old bandsaw at auction

It looks pretty easy to adjust the belts on the pulleys. I thought about reselling it but its just so nice. So clean inside. I love the fence - geared knob to move it. And it's such a small footprint on the garage floor.

    Old bandsaw at auction

It does have the rip fence. I haven't run it. There is no plug on the end. Maybe the previous owner had it direct wired? It's from a private estate sale. I also got a box lot with a wood workers vise and a couple planes and a bunch of other stuff including 3 older looking table saw miter...

    Old bandsaw at auction

Just picked up this delta Milwaukee bandsaw with 2 new extra blades for $10. Anybody have one like this? I also grabbed a craftsman belt drive belt/disc sander for $10

    Harbor Freight Compressors

Not sure about op but I'm limited by not having 220 in the garage. I've never seen a 110 compressor that puts out 10 cfm @90psi. Personally I'm looking for quality construction.

    Harbor Freight Compressors

I had the one linked in the op until it recently died. I was happy with the power it produced... If you want something to last a few years it will do. I'm holding out for something a little better quality. Looking at this one on Craigslist.

    The VISES of Garage Journal

I have a completely unimpressive and relatively small vice but its worked well for me so far. It was on my father's workbench when I was a toddler and he recently gave it to me. I'm not sure where he got it initially.

    Is this compressor passable?

Oh, and my question is really more about the quality of this particular unit more than the power. It looks like its belt drive?

    Is this compressor passable?

I had an HF 21 gallon that I used for blow gun mainly but it also worked for light usage with my 3" grinder / cut off wheel / small paint jobs. It was rated at 4.7 cfm @90psi. I would like it to be even cheaper, but I doubt this seller is going to go under $100. Thanks!

    Is this compressor passable?

    Is this compressor passable?

I know 110volt compressors have some serious limitations, but that's all I'm wired for at the moment. Trying to find a decent used option without spending hundreds of dollars. Someone on Craigslist locally has this - listed for $150 but said he will go down to $110 Anybody have this or...
